In doing so, the therapist will be reducing or removing the pounding sensation the client is experiencing in their head while helping to calm the brain.

Cupping Sports Massage
Cupping Therapy is for the professional athlete to the average joe. Anyone who can handle some discomfort during a session and discolored skin after should try this technique. Cupping is done by creating a vacuum or suction within the cup and applied to certain areas of the body. Cupping is a release using suction to pull blood and fluid that is "stuck" to the surface layers of the dermis . The goal is to put it back into the bloodstream for processing. The newly oxygenated blood then flows back into the area to promote healing. This increased blood flow can relieve muscles tension, release scar tissue, improve circulation, and reduce inflammation. Great for Pre-event and Post-Event because cupping is non-invasive and non-fatiguing to the athlete. (example American Olympic Swimmer Michael Phelps)
Something to keep in mind: the cups are definitely going to leave big, discoloration marks on your skin that can last anywhere from a few days to two weeks—so if that's not something you're interested in, maybe steer clear. Reason to avoid cupping are if you’re on blood thinners, have trouble with bleeding or clotting, or you have an open wound and also those with very sensitive or thin skin.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are worked into specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating
Lomi Lomi is the Hawaiian word for "massage", and it is part of a larger native Hawaiian tradition of healing and natural body care. According to Hawaiian tradition, all living beings are seeking a state of balance and love in the world. During a Lomi Lomi session, therefore, I focus on not only relaxing your body through touch, but also reviving your spirit and energy with long broad rhythmic/rocking strokes and various stretching.
Structural Integration Release
Structural integration employs soft tissue manipulation with the goal of realigning the body in relationship to the force of gravity. The theory underlying structural integration asserts that often the body's connective tissue is "bound up," thus restricting opposing muscles from working independently of one another. We aim to loosen the restricted and free these holding patterns and fascia restrictions to move the structure back into balance. With deep controlled pressure and direction the fascia is softened and lengthened allowing the body to realign. Practitioners typically prescribe a specific sequence of ten sessions spaced by 10 days or more apart lasting 90 minutes in order to "unlock" the whole body.
4 Sessions to Target Areas
( Session 1 ) Head , Neck & Face Structural Release
(Session 2 ) The Shoulders Structural Release
(Session 3 ) Lower Back Structural Release
(Session 4 ) Hips Structural Release
